お久しぶりです。
こちらのサイトである一部の方の海外通販のトラブルを目にしたもので私が経験した件を報告させていただきます。
私の友人とアメリカの通販業者との間でトラブルが発生。
いわゆるやらずぶったくり。
彼は英語があまり得意ではありません。ショッピングカートでの買い物がせいぜい。
僕がその相談を受け何度か相手とやり取りをしましたが、まったく要領を得ません。
そこで懇意にさせていただいているIPSのアンディ君にこの一件を相談しました。
彼は僕の話を聞き、そんなことは許せない、なんとかするよって。それが下記のeメールです。
数回のやりとり、そしてあっという間に解決。
IPSの人達って社長をはじめ、皆さんこのような人ばかりなんですよね。
メールに対するレスポンスはいつだってそれこそASAP。
アメリカ広しといえ他にIPSさんのような業者さん、他にあるでしようか。
僕はIPSに完全な信頼をよせ、楽しく個人輸入させていただいています。
このような信頼できる店をウェブ上で紹介してくださった管理人様に深く感謝する次第です。

We will not file a complaint if you follow through with your statement. Please proceed with the FedEx parcel.
Mr. x has no problem refusing or denying the first shipment if it arrives. He only wants what he ordered and nothing more.
The FedEx package will be tracked and Mr. x will be happy when it arrives.
If the first part arrives with USPS it will be refused.
If it can not be refused we will notify you of the desired actions.

please do not file a complaint we did ship your item to you, this is why we do not like to ship internationally.

Thank you and sorry the usps lost your package, I am filing a claim with them so please make sure if it arrives to you, that you send it back or refuse it.
If usps says you have recieved it please email us and let us know we can than rebil you for the items if you want them.

Good Morning,
I am inquiring about order that was placed on the 15th of March. As of May 2nd, 2006 order #VDNA1B51231F for $130.00 has not arrived to its destination in xx Japan.
I called your establishment a few weeks ago and was given the USPS reference number LCxx xx xxUS.
I have checked this number with the Postal Service but it is only a Customs number and not an EMS Tracking number.
It has been 48 days since this order was placed and the package has not arrived. This is ample time for a respectable company to process the package and email the tracking number to Mr. xx. xx has emailed you multiple times for updated information and a tracking number yet you decline to give accurate information. What is the delay on your part?
Unless you can provide us with proof that his order has been processed I ask that you refund his credit card in the full amount of $xxx.xx.
If you do not refund his card by May 5th; Mr. xx will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and his credit card company for a full refund.
I am sorry that it has come to this extreme but you have had ample time to comply with his request.
